Abstract
This International Standard specifies a method for the determination of 17 dioxin and 12 dioxin-like polychlorinated biphenyl (PCBs) compounds in animal and vegetable fats and oils by HRGC-HRMS. This method is also applicable to all edible oils of different commercial categories.
