Abstract
Concentrates mostly on laying down and standardizing the procedural conditions required to make the measurements. Describes an apparatus meeting those requirements and indicates the procedure to be followed when using such an apparatus. An example of the table for recording measurements is given in the annex which is not part of the standard.
